Black Hawk College’s East Campus hosting ‘Trick-or-Treat Trail’ on Oct. 30

On Oct. 30, Black Hawk College’s East Campus will transform itself for the 17th year into the ‘Trick-or-Treat Trail’ for children ages pre-K through sixth grade.
