  • Leaf wrestlers win regional title

  • The Geneseo High School wrestling team captured the Rock Island Regional title Feb. 2. The Leafs also had 11 wrestlers advance to sectionals. Those advancing include: Jon Warner, Hunter Grau, Jarred Bruce, Josiah Cropp, Joey Medina, Ryan Pitra, Brandon Mizlo, Mitch Miller, Lane Akre, Cameron Panicucci and Nick Verbeck.
