Joseph Cecil Mosher, 95, of Geneseo, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at Bickford Cottage, Davenport, Iowa. A celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Feb. 18 at St. Malachy Catholic Church, Geneseo. The Rev. Michael Pakula will officiate.
