The owner of Canton's Skateland was charged Monday with aggravated criminal sexual abuse to a person under the age of 18, but more charges could be pending, the Canton Police Department said Tuesday.
Stephen J. Lloyd, 66, was taken into custody at Skateland, 1040 W. Hickory St., after the department served a search warrant at 9:15 a.m. It was served based on allegations of criminal sexual abuse and possession of child pornography.
Lloyd remained in Fulton County Jail Tuesday. His bond was set at $50,000, 10 percent to apply.
Police said a victim under the age of 18 made the allegations, but they declined to provide additional information about the victim Tuesday as the investigation is ongoing.
Lloyd's computer has been seized for further evaluation.
Illinois State Police Crime Scene Investigators, Illinois State Police Forensic Computer Examiners, the Fulton County State's Attorney's Office and the Glasford Police Department assisted in serving the search warrant.
