Phyllis Jean Longcor, 53, of Macomb was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 5 grams of meth on April 17.
Debra Elizabeth Merrill, 58, of Macomb was arrested for criminal damage to property over $500 and disorderly conduct on April 18.
Domingo Lux Tojin, 27, of Macomb was arrested for resisting/obstructing a peace officer and disorderly conduct on April 18.
Christopher Joseph Pilger, 33, of Macomb was arrested for a warrant on April 18.
Shannon Lou Roehn, 19, of Sandwich was arrested for burglary on April 20.
Shana Lee DeJaynes, 18, of Quincy was arrested for burglary on April 20.

Michael Eugene Diercks, 18, of La Harpe was arrested for four counts of burglary, theft of $500 or less and possession of stolen property on April 18.
Brandon Lee Hughes, 21, of Bushnell was arrested for burglary from a vehicle and possession of stolen property on April 18.
Daphne Nicole Keithley, 21, of Bushnell was arrested for burglary from a vehicle and possession of stolen property on April 18.
Jodi Lea Koepke, 22, of Fort Madison, Iowa, was arrested for a warrant on April 18.
Michael T. Abegunde, 22, of Macomb was arrested for a warrant on April 18.
Rachel Manette Dillow, 29, of Oregon, Ill., was arrested for a warrant on April 19.

BUSHNELL POLICE

Michael Malinowski, 23, of Chicago was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing a peace officer on April 18.
James David Maloney, 34, of Bushnell was arrested for reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident leaving vehicle damage, driving while license revoked/suspended and a warrant on April 18.

WIU OFFICE OF PUBLIC SAFETY

On April 18 at 1:37 p.m. OPS and the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in the Malpass Library. The alarm was activated by a steam leak and no injuries were reported.

On April 18 at 9:29 p.m. a student in Henninger Hall reported the theft of a clip speaker and its charger, valued at $60, from his residence hall room. The incident is under investigation.
    
On April 19 at 3:41 p.m. a student reported the theft of two wireless PlayStation controllers, valued at $120, from Henninger Hall. The incident is under investigation.

On April 19 at 6:12 p.m. a student reported the theft of his wallet from the University Union food court. The incident is under investigation.

On April 19 at 6:54 p.m. a student reported the theft of his wallet from a locker at the Spencer Student Recreation Center. The incident is under investigation.

On April 20 at 8:56 p.m. Nia Moore, 19, of 741 Corbin Hall, and Diamond Hall, 19, of 632 Thompson Hall, were arrested in Olson Hall for battery. Moore was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 8:58 p.m., and Hall was transported to the McDonough County Jail at 9:02 p.m. where they were lodged pending bond.
