Stacey Ann Trigg, 54, of Kewanee, died at 10:52 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2018, at her home. A visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 10 at Rux Funeral Home, in Kewanee. Memorials may be directed to the Kewanee Animal Shelter.

She was born July 12, 1963, in Geneseo, the daughter of Harvey and Jean (DeTaeye) Morton. She married Tim Trigg on Feb. 13, 1982, in Geneseo. Stacey graduated from Geneseo High School in 1981. She had attended a beauty school in Sterling. She had worked for the past 11 years as a tire technician at Farm King, in Kewanee. She enjoyed following the Chicago Cubs, doing computer games and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Andrew Trigg, of Kewanee; and David (Allison) Trigg, of Altona; her grandchildren, Addison Singer, of Galva; Kemper Trigg, and one on the way; her mother, Jean Morton, of Silvis; and her siblings, Roxanne McKeng, of New Windsor; Lisa (Brent) Thompson, of Hanford, Calif.; Julie (Tom) Keith, of Moline; Trudy (Danny) Odle, of Kewanee; Marsha (Matt) Brown, of Sycamore; Brenda (David) Seyler, of Moline; and Harvey (Jody) Morton, of Geneseo; and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews; as well as a sister-in-law, Donna Glick, of Glendale, Ariz. She was preceded in death by her father.
