Annabelle J. “Ann” Keag, 90, of Geneseo, died Monday, July 12, 2010, at Hammond-Henry Hospital, Geneseo, Funeral services celebrating her life will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 17, at Vandemore Funeral Home Ltd., Geneseo. The Rev. R. Carrol Johnson will officiate. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., prior to the service. An Order of Eastern Star service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery,  Geneseo. Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church.

She was born Aug. 10, 1919, in Oak Park, the daughter of George and Ethel (Miller) Reschke. She married Floyd E. “Gene” Keag Dec. 18, 1938, in Geneseo. He died in 2008. She was a homemaker and enjoyed baking. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, where she held the office of Worthy Matron and several other offices. She was active in the church, participating in the church choir as well as the Presbyterian Women and Lamplighter’s Circle.

Survivors include a daughter and spouse, Pamela and David Bloom of Hudson; two grandchildren and spouse, Paul and Beth Bloom of Decatur and Scott Bloom of Bloomington; two great-grandchildren, Sarah and Joshua Bloom; two sisters, Marion Windisch of Geneseo and Charlotte Reuter of Silvis, and a sister-in-law, Phyllis Keag of Geneseo. She was preceded in death by one sister, Georgina Tines.
