Geneseo at LaSalle-Peru

The Maple Leafs’ Kyle Cones lead the way with a 623 three-game series with a pair of games over 200 against the Cavaliers.

Geneseo couldn’t unseat LaSalle-Peru in the dual team matchup falling 3519-2709, at the Super Bowl, in Peru, on Dec. 6.

Geneseo’s Kyler Rusk tallied a pinfall of 561, and Sebastian Einfeldt finished with a 393 series.

The Leafs’ Logan Munoz added a 382 series, and Tyler Durnell finished with a 377 series.

Geneseo’s Alex McAvoy chipped in a 373 series.

The Maple Leafs’ JV team came up short against L-P 2653-1878.

Geneseo’s Justin Ford had a three-game series of 329, and Ethan Welfer finished with a 317 series.

The Leafs’ Kyle Hofer added a 314 series, and Jack Sellers finished with a 310 series.

Geneseo’s Kody Brower tacked on a 352 series, and Aidan Grafft finished with a 256 series.

Cavalier Bowling Classic

The Maple Leafs’ Cones finished eighth individually with a six-game series of 1287 including four games above 200 at the Super Bowl, in Peru, on Dec. 9.

Cones performance was highlighted with a single game 257, and Geneseo finished 10th in team standings among a 12-team field.

The Leafs’ Rusk added an 1132 series to finish 36th, and Braeden Keller landed 38th with a 1126 series.

Geneseo’s Einfeldt rolled a 1005 series to finish 49th, and Munoz came in 53rd with a series of 937.

Geneseo’s next games will be at the Freeport Tournament held at the 4 Seasons Bowling Center, in Freeport, on Saturday, Dec. 16, starting at 10 a.m.
