A senior, Vanderheyden earned individual wins in the 200-meter dash (23.52), the 400 (53.34) and the 60 hurdles (8.63).

Geneseo’s Nick Swartzendruber was dominant in the 800 winning in 1:58.83 at the Westwood Sports Complex, in Sterling.

The Maple Leafs’ Nathan Lambert continued his promising start to the season with a win in the high jump with a distance of 5’11”.

Geneseo’s Billy Cosgrave nabbed third clearing 5’7”, Zach Wilson placed fourth 5’7”, and Dominic DeBoef finished fifth clearing 5’5”.

Raymond Venneberg won the pole vault title clearing 12’ for the Leafs.

Geneseo’s Cameron Darin finished runner-up in the pole vault by clearing 11’, and Nate Clark-Holke finished fifth clearing 9’6”.

Kyle Hofer won the long jump with a mark of 19’2.75”, and Dominic DeBoef finished fourth with a distance of 18’7”.

Ryver Griffin claimed the triple jump title with a distance of 38’8”, and Kade Coons finished fifth with a distance of 33’5.75”.

Geneseo’s Colton Pischke raced to a runner-up finish in the 60 hurdles in 8.83, and Kyle Hofer finished fourth in 9.55.

Kaden Rink raced to a runner-up finish in the 400 in 55.66, Mason Jones came in fourth in 57.09 and Pischke finished fifth in 57.14.

In the shot put, Geneseo’s Billy Blaser finished fourth in 43’10”, and Joe Stohl landed fifth with a throw of 41’.

Geneseo’s 4x400-relay team of Pischke, Rink, Drew Rapps and Swartzendruber ran down a first-place finish in 3:39.84.

The Maple Leafs’ 4x800-relay team of Blake Duncan, Neo Colter, Spencer Lindstrom and Rink earned the crown 8:53.09.

Geneseo’s 4x200 relay team of Griffin, Jerry Green, Nathan Carroll and Sebastian Einfeldt finished third in the 1:43.37.

Spencer Lindstrom claimed fifth in the 1600 in 5:07.08, and Jones finished sixth in the 60 dash 7.61.
