The Geneseo High School boys’ basketball teams were in action this past week as the coaches hosted their annual summer camp to get their players geared up for the 2009-2010 season.
Participating in their final summer camp for the Leafs were seniors Michael Ashpole, Devan DePauw, Sam Hamer, Jason Johnson, Jon Staab, Chase VanOpdorp and Jamie Gustafson.
The juniors taking part in camp were Blake Croegaert, Andrew Denney, Tyler Fisher, Billy Hamer, Connor Johnson, Jared Kuban and Anthony Roome.
Members of the sophomore team running through drills at camp were Alec Cheek, Drew DeCap, August Denys, Josh DuBois, Landon Hoon, Brian Johnson, JJ Rivera, Tyler Rusk and Ryan Williams.
The incoming freshmen taking part in their first high school basketball camp were Grant Burress, Dylan Dale, Shawn DePauw, Dugan Kuffel, Shawn Miller, Ethan Reschke, Jordan Reschke, Jordan Starkey, Cam Yeater, Nate Yager and Austin Franks.
