One man wants to help solve Detroit’s problems by building a zombie theme park in an abandoned neighborhood. Mark Siwak hasn’t raised much money yet for Z World, but he says the apocolypse theme park is a creative solution to the city’s financial problems. Some people aren’t pleased with the plan, however, and say it’s exploitative.
