Hunter Joseph Draminski

Rock Island - Hunter Joseph Draminski, 21, of Rock Island, IL, formerly of Geneseo, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 14, 2022, at his home. A Celebration of Life memorial visitation will be held from 5-7 PM on Monday, February 21, 2022, at Vandemore Funeral Homes & Crematory – Geneseo Chapel. The family asks that everyone may dress casually – jeans, tennis shoes, and sweats. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mental Health Foundation of America.

Hunter was born March 23, 2000, the son of Kevin and Shari (Rink) Draminski, in Rock Island, IL. He graduated from Geneseo High School and went on to attend Blackhawk College. He worked at Hiland Toyota, Moline, for two years and was a jack of all trades. Hunter enjoyed working with computers. He loved cars, shoes, Supreme clothes, collected Funko Pops, and especially spending time with his dog Zak.

Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Kevin and Shari Draminski, Geneseo; grandparents, Joe (Carolee) Draminski, Kewanee, and Lois Rink, Geneseo; aunts and uncles, Doug (Tami) Roberts, Rock Island, Mark (Rhonda) Rink, Rowlett, TX, Tom (DeAnn) Piotrowski, Geneseo, Scott (Michelle) Draminski, Wyoming, IL; cousins, Nolan (Susan) Roberts, Colona, Bryce Piotrowski, Platteville, WI, Brock Piotrowski, Marcela Roberts, Davenport, Seth (Courtney) Draminski, Wyoming, IL, Shad (Lyla) Draminski, Shai (Braedon) Starberg, Wyoming, IL; and special friend, Shan Maxey and Family.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Allan Rink.
