Outgoing Galva second ward alderman Douglas Anderson and former mayor Tom Hartman were recognized by the Galva City Council on April 25 for their years of service to the city.

The city presented plaques to Hartman and Anderson at the Galva City Council's April 25 meeting.

The plaques were designed by Teri Pankau and made by John H. Best & Sons, Galva. They are a new line of products being produced by the Galva company.
