Bluegrass music Friday at free outdoor concert in Galva

An outdoor concert featuring the group Fisherman's Holler, Inc. will be held Friday, June 26, beginning at 7 p.m. in Wiley Park, Galva.

Fishermen’s Holler, Inc. is a six-person acoustic group that features traditional Bluegrass standards, original compositions and songs from other musical genres performed in the Bluegrass format. Band leader Josie DeWitt released a CD in October 2014 titled “From the Voice In My Ear,” which has 15 original recordings, some broadcast on the radio and over the Internet.

The concert is free of charge. A love offering will be taken.

Fresh popcorn and drinks will be available.

Bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating.
