Mediacom meeting with area customers here Thursday

Mediacom will host an informational meeting with area customers in Galva on Thursday, Aug. 8, to review changes in the cable provider's offerings.

Held 2 to 7 p.m. at the Galva American Legion on the west edge of Galva on Route 34 West, the meeting will feature Mediacom field questions about changes to Mediacom's cable TV lineup - primarily adding more high-definition TV channels.

The move will require the need for adapters by some customers. It's expected that some customers will have questions about the change-over.

Mediacom customers from areas other than Galva are invited, including Altona and Wataga, which are also served by Mediacom.
