Get first look at Galva, ROWVA teams at special night

Area residents interested in seeing the fall sports teams for Galva and ROWVA high schools can do so Friday, Aug. 20 at ROWVA High School in Oneida.

At 6 p.m. photos of all Mid-County fall co-op teams (which are consist of Galva and ROWVA players) will be taken. Those teams are: football, boys and girls golf, boys and girls cross country, and cheerleading. Parents are invited to take photos at that time, along with the yearbook photographers.

The evening will also include announcement of players on the Galva and ROWVA high school volleyball and dance/drill teams. Those teams are not co-oped.

At 7 p.m., the varsity football team will scrimmage. Admission is one canned or non-perishable food item per person. The item will be given to local food pantries.
