Have you ever wondered if this is all there is, saying, “There’s got to be more to life than this?” If so, First Congregational Church in Galva believes it can help.

The church is inviting the public to its Sunday worship service, which begins at 9 a.m. Pastor Bob Curry says the service is aimed at finding the answers to these very real questions and concerns.

“It is our goal to present Christ to you in a new and fresh way,” Curry said. “We believe, if you are feeling a tug at your heart right now, while you are reading these words, your Father in Heaven is urging you to come and worship here. If you haven’t been to church for awhile, this may be the day you decide it is time to come back.”

Curry says his sermons are Bible-based and have life application. There is a blend of music with traditional hymns and contemporary choruses, using organ, piano and guitar, along with periodic special music.
