Galva Arts Council stage ready to light up again

The Galva Arts Council will feature singer/pianist Greg Percifield at its first coffeehouse of the 2010-2011 season on Saturday, Oct. 9 at the arts council building in downtown Galva.

Also on tap for the October coffeehouse will be a drawing for several pumpkins decorated and donated by GAC members and friends, with anyone donating at least $5 to the council receiving a chance to win.

Doors open at 7 p.m. with the featured performance scheduled for 7:30. An open mic segment will follow.

Refreshments are provided and admission is free, though donations are gratefully accepted.
