If you're going to Lewistown
The Chargers play the host Lewistown Indians in sectional semifinals at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 4.
Lewistown placed fourth at state last year.
Fans will be allowed into the lobby at 6 p.m. and into the gym at 6:30 p.m.
No advance tickets will be sold, according to Lewistown school officials. The gym seats 1,400.
Parking could be a problem, they said. Cars parked on the highway next to the school will be towed, and the school will be directing cars onto the football field.
The high school is at 15205 N State 100 Hwy in Lewistown. To get there. take I-74 past Galesburg to Exit 54. Turn right onto Illinois 97 and drive 26.3 miles.
At the intersection with Ilinois 9, turn right and go 2.0 miles. Then turn left onto Illinois 97.
Drive 4.7 miles into Cuba and turn left at East Main Street, then right on South Seventh Street, to stay on Illinois 97.
Another 7.1 miles will take fans to the high school on the north side of Lewistown.
Just before Lewistown, Illinois 100 merges from the left into Illinois 97, which is why the school's address is North State 100 Highway.
The school will be on the left before 12th Avenue.
Total distance from Orion is 76.33 miles, and estimated driving time is 1 1/2 hours.
