Last dinner in park set for 2010

The final dinner in the park for 2010 in Galva will be a fund-raiser for the Galva Foundation for Educational Enrichment (GalFEE), held  Thursday, Aug. 26 – one day later than usual – in Veterans Memorial Park. Hours are 5 to 7 p.m.

GalFEE will serve spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, dessert and drink for $5, or hot dogs, chips, dessert and drink for $3.

Brendan Bryner of Neponset, a winner in the July 4 Galva talent show, will play guitar and sing.

Bring a lawn chair.
