Gibbs run strongly in Q-C 13.1-miler

Chad Gibbs of rural Galva ran in the Quad-City Half Marathon on Sept. 26 in the Quad-Cities.

Gibbs completed the 13.1-mile run in 1:52:57, to finish 445th out of over 1,700 runners.

It was the second race he’s run, having competed in the Hog Days Stampede in Kewanee.
