Johnson to wrestle at AAU Championships

Geneseo’s Nate Johnson advanced to the AAU State Wrestling Championships after placing third at the regional championships Feb. 27 and third at the sectional championships March 6. Johnson was the lone Geneseo freshman/sophomore wrestler to advance to the state championships. Johnson will now compete March 12 and 13 at the Prairie Capital Convention Center in Springfield. He enters the championships with a record of 20-8.
