Snow could fall on Galva area tomorrow night

The Galva area could see snowfall return Thursday night and perhaps Friday, according to the National Weather Service.

The NWS says light rain and snow are "likely" after midnight tomorrow night, and there's a chance of snow Friday morning.

The current NWS forecast is:

Tonight...Partly cloudy in the evening then becoming mostly cloudy. Low in the upper 20s. East wind 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday...Mostly cloudy. High in the upper 40s. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday Night...Light rain likely in the evening...then light rain and light snow likely after midnight. Low in the mid 30s. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation 60 percent.

Friday...Cloudy. A chance of light rain and light snow in the morning...then a chance of light rain in the afternoon. High in the upper 40s. Southwest wind 5 to 10 mph shifting to the west 10 to 15 mph in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation 50 percent.

Saturday...Mostly sunny. High in the lower 50s.

Saturday Night...Partly cloudy. A 30 percent chance of rain showers after midnight. Low in the mid 30s.
