Yarger earns Congeniality?Award at Miss World?Festival Pageant

Paige Yarger, 17, of Atkinson received the Miss Congeniality Award during the 2012 Miss World?Festival Pageant in Kewanee. Yarger was selected for the award by fellow contestants in the pageant.
