Geneseo Fourth of July

It was a hot job in the 90-degree temperatures Sunday, July 4, in Geneseo City Park, but somebody had to do it and Jim Unrath, at left; and Dick Baum and Dean Yoder, at right, were among the “chefs” who stepped up to grill the pork chops for the Geneseo Kiwanis Club’s annual “Pork in the Park.”
Ray and Kathy Rogers were among the many people who had lunch at “Pork in the Park” on the Fourth July.
City Park was alive with visitors of all ages who came to the Kiwanis Club’s “Park in the Park” and to see the more than 800 flags in the Aisle of Flags on display in both City Park and North City Park.
