Kristin Priest and her 15-month-old daughter AnnaLynne are shown in Priest’s new business, “Grace and Grit Nutrition,” located in downtown Geneseo.

Kristin Priest wants her customers to “leave with a smile.”

She recently opened “Grace and Grit Nutrition,” a nutritional drink shop at 128 South State St., in downtown Geneseo.

“I love offering a healthy and fun way for customers to get their nutrition in a welcoming setting,” Priest said. “I want customers to feel comfortable that no matter whom they are, they are welcome to enter, hang out, and leave with a smile.”

Drinks served at Grace and Grit include energizing teas, protein iced coffees, and certified meal replacement shakes…”Our products are low calories, higher protein, and no matter the product you get there is less sugar than a banana,” Priest said.

Her first nutritional drink shop was in Macomb which Priest operated for two years before she moved to this area for her husband’s job.

“Grace and Grit Nutrition” is open from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
