TEAM LEADERS: Wyffels Hybrids pollination crews are lead by team leaders who have at least three to five years of experience in the research fields. Team leaders are responsible for training crew members, tracking team member location in the fields, assisting with corn breeding projects and ensuring Wyffels has enough seed to test for the following growing seasons.

WORK HARD. PLAY HARD: Wyffels Hybrids ended their pollination season with a party for all seasonal help on August 2, 2022. Pollinators enjoyed pizza, Kona Ice and tie dying their new Wyffels Research Team t-shirts.
TEAM WORK: Every summer, Wyffels Hybrids counts on seasonal employees to pollinate their research plots. Pollination is a critical part of hybrid development. Wyffels would like to thank the 100 seasonal employees who showed up and worked hard to help bring future high-performing products to the Central Corn Belt. (Not all team members pictured.)
