At Orion Fall Festival's pie auction on Friday evening, Sept. 2, Vicky Diamond shows prospective buyers her first-place pie, razzle dazzle raspberry, in front of the band shell in Central Park. Diamond's pie brought $1,000 from DeBaillie Ag, and kick started the drive to break last year's record of $33,900. The final total on Friday evening? $42,650 from the sale of 65 pies. Diamond is the pie contest/auction chair.
