Hagaman completes doctoral work
Galva native Joel Hagaman has received a PhD degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Ark. The degree was conferred in May.
A 1994 Galva High School graduate, Hagaman earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Monmouth College in 1998, and a master’s degree in Psychology from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, in 2003.
Beginning this fall, Hagaman will be an assistant professor of Psychology at the University of the Ozarks, Clarksville, Tenn. He’s taught school at the University of Arkansas this summer.
He is the son of Don and Karen Hagaman.
