Galva greenhands respond best at contest

Members of the Galva High School FFA chapter captured first place in a Section 3 Greenhand FFA Quiz Bowl contest at Cambridge on Oct. 9.

Galva’s Seth Strom claimed the individual title. Teammate Rachel Jeffries also finished in the top 10, in eighth place.

Other team members included Chris Mille, Alex Caravello, Madison Mosley, Casey Yelm, Brittney Weida, Lindsey Wexell, Emily Swanson, Austin Smith and Nathan Stiles.
