Under the watchful eye of Marine Corps veteran Dwight Sykes, back, of Guardian Fitness’ Mobile Training Team, Becky Nightingale works out on Monday, June 28, in the parking lot at Orion High School. She has been assigned to teach physical education at C.R. Hanna Elementary School this fall.

Encouraged by Dwight Sykes of Guardian Fitness’ Mobile Training Team, physical education teacher Natalie Weller flips a tire across a section of the parking lot at Orion High School on Monday, June 28.

Meanwhile, other faculty and staff are using a sledgehammer on a tire, or carrying a tire under each arm, or running in a loop around their colleagues.

It's part of the commitment they are making to wellness.
