The Galva School Board will have a busy month in August, holding four meetings.

The meetings are:

• A meeting with the Williamsfield School Board in Galva on whether or not to co-op all sports. It will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 5 in the junior-senior high library.

• An open forum meeting for persons interested in possibly proposing a tax referendum for Galva School District residents will be held 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 9 in the junior-senior high school cafeteria. The meeting is open to all people interested in learning more about the possible referendum and/or being part of a group to help get the issue on the November election ballot.

• A board retreat at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 21 in the junior-senior high library.

• The regular monthly board meeting, at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23 in the junior-senior high school library.

The public is invited to all four meetings.
