School board meeting twice: Referendum issue decided Monday

The Galva School Board will meet twice in the next few days.

On Saturday, Aug. 21, the board will hold a retreat, beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the high school library.

On Monday, Aug. 23, the board will hold its regular monthly meeting at 7 p.m. in the high school library. Among other issues, the board is expected to vote that night on whether to place a tax referendum on the November election ballot.

The public is invited to both meetings.
