Galva man completes training, enters PA field

Jake Patty of Galva graduated Sept. 2 from the Physician Assistant program at Midwestern University, Downers Grove.

A 2003 graduate of Galva High School, he earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Monmouth College in 2007.

He has begun his career, serving as a certified Physician Assistant at the OSF Clinic in Galesburg.

Patty, 25, is the son of Keith and Paula Patty of Galva. He is the grandson of John and Cheryl Holevoet and Virginia Patty, all of Galva. A great-grandmother, Darlene Holevoet, also resides in Galva.
