A few days left to help kids through Love Trees

Judy Anderson (left) and Diana Craig of Xi Kappa Gamma stand with some of the many presents purchased for local children in need during the 2015 Love Trees project.

As of Friday, Nov. 25, the public began selecting Love Trees ornaments and begin buying presents for local children in need.

Christmas trees at Community State Bank and Galva Banking Center have ornaments on them, listing a youth’s age, gender and other info (but no names). The public selects ornaments and then buy gifts appropriate to the child’s information supplied.

Return gifts by to the bank by Dec. 10.

Love Trees is an annual outreach to local children in need, hosted by Xi Kappa Gamma chapter of Beta Sigma Phi.
