Cambridge girls comepte at state

Kourtnie Janson, a senior at Cambridge High School, participated in the Illinois High School State Track Meet Friday and Saturday, May 16 and 17, in Charleston. Janson cleared 5-2 in high jump Friday which allowed her to advance to finals on Satuday. She placed 17th overall.

CHARLESTON—Between them, two Cambridge girls, Carlie Schieferdecker and Kourtnie Janson, participated in three events at the Illinois High School Association's state meet in Charleston.

Carli Schieferdecker, a senior at Cambridge High School, participated in the Illinois High School state track meet Friday, May 16. Schieferdecker jumped her personal best during the triple jump, 33-0, but did not advance to the final round. She also participated in the long jump.
