3rd quarter surge leads Tigers past Lady Cats

Sarah DeSchepper hit five 3-pointers and finished with 18 points to lead ROWVA to a 59-36 win over host Galva on Jan. 13.

The Tigers (8-11) led 30-23 at the end of the first half and held the Lady Cats to five points in the third quarter to put the game out of reach. Courtney Eklund led ROWVA’s third quarter surge with eight points.

Galva was led by Alex Strom with 17 points.

Marysa Remick added 14 points and Eklund had 13.
