Egan nabs two first-place finishes for Bellarmine

Geneseo’s Amanda Egan, a sophomore thrower for Bellarmine University’s women’s track and field team, notched her first collegiate event wins Feb. 16 at the DePauw Indoor Classic. Egan’s event wins helped the Lady Knights secure a first-place team finish for the second consecutive week. Egan took first and established a new event personal record in the 20-pound weight throw of 46-4 1/4. She also placed first in the shot put at 10 3/4.
