Public invited to presentation on falconry

Tom Newman of Annawan will present a special program on falconry at 6:30 p.m. March 14 in the Annawan School Media Center. Newman will discuss the history of falconry and steps needed to get a bird. He also will introduce his hawk, Tom. The program is sponsored by the Henry County Natural Area Guardians, a subcommittee of the Henry County Soil and Water District. Refreshments will be served.
