A Southborough teen was charged on the Cape with the murder of his uncle Aris Manoloules, 47, of Framingham.


Christopher Manoloules, 17, of 70 Flagg Road, Southborough, was arraigned in Barnstable District Court on charges of murder and attempting to commit armed robbery, stemming from the death of his uncle, said Michael O'Keefe, district attorney for the Cape and Islands District.


Aris Manoloules,  of 1500 Worcester Road, Framingham, was found dead Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. in his summer home at 25 Ripple Cove Road, Hyannis, authorities said.


The police report in the case was ordered sealed. O'Keefe declined to provide further details about the crime.


During Christopher Manoloules' arraignment, Cape and Islands Assistant District Attorney Matthew Kelley said the investigation could result in further arrests,  the Cape Cod Times reported.


Manoloules will be held at the Barnstable county jail. He is due back in court Nov. 5.
